ZZFL has established and implemented its Routine for Communication in order to share various aspects of customers’ standard to the employees in the organization’s premises and other stakeholders in the value chain in a systematic manner through various method/channel so that they can be aware about their rights and responsibilities towards the organization. ZZFL is committed to ensure appropriate ways and arrangements are in place to support good internal and external communications.

METHODS/CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION
ZZFL shall communicates to the related employees in ZZFL/ sub-contractor/ supplier through all applicable way. Few channels for providing training/ communication are mentioned below which is including but not limited to

A. Notice Boards,
B. Required and relevant poster posted in different places
C. Various Meeting (i.e., Management Review Meeting, IWAY Review Meeting, Participation committee Meeting, Safety Committee Meeting, EHS Committee Meeting, H&S Committee meeting)
D. Forming various committee by management & worker together
E. Through mail,
F. Over phone,
G. Employee handbook,
H. PA System
I. Websites,
J. Hard copy distribution.
