Methods of Complaint/ Grievances
Complaints can be made either verbally or in writing (according to the form provided) or in secret through the Complaint Box, according to the grievance management procedure established by the factory. The external stakeholders can express their opinion through the communication channel established by the company (web site/ email/ hotline/ suggestion box/ direct complaint). In addition, there is a web link which is www.znzfab.com/feedback and an email address compliance@znzfab.com which will be used only for compliant/ grievance communicating purpose. There is an opportunity to appeal against baseless allegations if any.
